Recently retired from his mayoral post, Paul Fraim continues his commitment to his legal practice and the vibrant Norfolk community as President and Chairman of the Slover Library Foundation, Vice Rector of the Eastern Virginia Medical School, and Board member of the Norfolk Airport Authority.
Paul Fraim founded Fraim & Fiorella, P.C. in 2003 with his law partner, Todd M. Fiorella. The Fraim & Fiorella team has more than 115 years of collective courtroom and legal experience bringing professional expertise, dedication, and strong commitment to their clients throughout Hampton Roads, the Eastern Shore and Northeastern North Carolina.
