Todd Fiorella received his undergraduate degree in chemistry from the University of Virginia in 1983. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1989. He is a member of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association, Virginia Bar Association, Virginia State Bar, and a previous member of the I’Anson Hoffman and the James Kent American Inns of Court. His practice areas include civil and criminal litigation, personal injury, insurance defense, commercial litigation, criminal law, products liability, and traffic violations. Mr. Fiorella has extensive experience in state and federal courts. He has extensive appellate experience with the Supreme Court of Virginia and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Fiorella founded Fraim & Fiorella, P.C. with his law partner, Paul D. Fraim, in February, 2003. Mr. Fiorella was a former member of the law firm of Heilig, McKenry, & Fraim, in which he was a partner for seven years before starting his current firm.
